You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• Items should be unused and free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Original packaging is preferred when available, but we understand it may not always be possible to reuse it.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, SureYet will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when requested, photos showing the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original Shipping Charges

If you paid an original shipping charge, that charge is generally non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return resulted from an error by SureYet.

Personalized or Custom Products

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
