These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SureYet.com, including any purchases, accounts, services, features, communications, promotions, and other interactions with SureYet.

Throughout these Terms, “SureYet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SureYet. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, subscriber, or other person who accesses or uses our website or services.

By accessing or using SureYet.com, creating an account, submitting information through the website, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

2. Our Products

SureYet offers products, gifts, merchandise, and related items primarily designed for healthcare professionals, students, graduates, and others interested in the communities and professions represented by our products.

Product photographs, colors, dimensions, descriptions, specifications, and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual products may differ slightly from photographs or digital representations due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, materials, printing, lighting, photography, or normal product variations.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit the availability of any product without notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. SureYet does not directly store complete credit card numbers on its own servers. SureYet currently ships within the United States and currently offers Standard Shipping.

Delivery dates and shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Information We Collect

When you access, use, browse, interact with, create an account on, submit information through, communicate with, or make a purchase through SureYet.com or any related SureYet service, communication, advertisement, promotion, or platform, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us as well as information generated automatically through your interactions with our website, systems, communications, advertising, and services. You retain ownership of content that you own.

However, when you voluntarily submit content directly to SureYet for publication, review, promotion, a contest, testimonial, social media feature, or similar purpose, you grant SureYet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, crop, resize, distribute, and promote that content in connection with SureYet and its products.

Nothing in these Terms grants any person or business the right to represent itself as an authorized SureYet reseller, distributor, dealer, partner, or representative without our express written authorization.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

SureYet.com may contain links, integrations, embedded features, payment options, or services operated by third parties.

SureYet does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent websites, policies, content, security, or practices.

Your interaction with a third-party service may also be governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policies.

19. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, discounts, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to separate terms.

To the extent permitted by law, SureYet’s total liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to SureYet for the product giving rise to the claim.

SureYet’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
